BlueNet

BlueNet is the decentralized global digital network that serves as the backbone of Collective society in Asherfall. The network provides all digital services including communication, commerce, banking, education, healthcare, transportation, entertainment, and government information. BlueNet has no single owner — it is maintained collectively by all six Collectives through shared infrastructure and open standards. The network infrastructure includes SurfaceTowers for long-range surface communication, RelayNodes for indoor bunker connectivity, DataHubs for regional data processing and storage, and the FiberBackbone for high-speed data transmission between bunkers.

BlueNet operates on open standards developed by Vectis and maintained by the BlueNet Standards Council, ensuring interoperability across all Collectives. The network is designed to be resilient and decentralized, with no central server or single point of failure. BlueNet provides the foundation for all digital services in Asherfall, including BlueLink connectivity, currency transactions, government services, and information access. The network is essential for Collective survival, enabling the communication, coordination, and commerce that sustain the six Collectives.
