BlueLink

The BlueLink is a mandatory wrist-mounted personal device worn by every citizen of the six Collectives. It operates on the principle of One Person, One Device, One Identity, with permanent biometric registration that makes theft or transfer virtually impossible. The device is authenticated through the integrated BioScan-S1 sensor, which employs three biometric methods: DNA registration as a permanent identifier, palm vein scanning for daily verification, and continuous cardiac rhythm monitoring that locks the device instantly if an unauthorized wearer is detected.

The device functions as the gateway to BlueNet, providing access to all digital services including communication, commerce, banking, education, healthcare, transportation, entertainment, and government services. Its secure BlueVault storage houses a citizen's complete digital identity including medical records, educational history, employment verification, and currency. The BlueLink retains limited offline functionality for essential tasks such as identity verification, digital wallet transactions, medical information access, and building entry, operating for up to seventy-two hours without network connectivity. Each device is powered by a replaceable MicroCore with a five-year lifespan.
